Why settle for a single story garage? Our two-story garages literally raise the roof on your property possibilities, giving you more floor space to work with or relax in. Make room for a new photo studio, office, or lounge where you can enjoy some time to yourself. With so many possibilities opened up by your second story, it’s completely up to you!

If you’ve even considered building onto your home with a guest bedroom or for additional entertainment space, remember this: your two-story garage doesn’t have to “just” be a garage. That second story can be a home away from home: something comfortable and liveable that suits you.

Specifications for two-story garages:

• Floor Type: Our two-story garage comes with a wood floor that can be easily installed over top an inexpensive stone pad. However, if you intend to park your cars and trucks in the garage after driving around in the pouring rain or icy slush, you should consider a concrete pad upgrade instead. The concrete pad allows for drains that do away with that moisture and prevent damage from wetness.
• Roof Style: The standard two-story garage comes with an A-Frame peaked roof for storage and other occasional use of the second floor. If you are going to use the second story for additional living space, you should consider a Gambrel-style roof, or think of adding dormers for additional ceiling height.

Our two-story one-car garages come standard with:

• 9′ high side walls and a steep 10/12 pitch roof
• One (1) 9 ft. x 7 ft. insulated overhead door
• Four (4) vinyl insulated windows
• One (1) personnel door

The two-story double-wide garages come standard with:

• 10′ high side walls and a 7/12 pitch roof
• Two (2)  9 ft. x 7 ft. insulated overhead doors
• Five (5) vinyl insulated windows
• One (1)  personnel door
